Delivery Information

At OnDemand Store our goal is to offer you the best shipping options i.e. Debit/Credit Cartd, Online Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, COD (Cash on Delivery), no matter where you live in Pakistan. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the Pakistan, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the delivery service partner for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the delivery service partner, usually takes about one working day. After processing and leaving the delivery service partner's warehouse, items usually take between 3 to 4 working days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Processing and Shipping time for Digital Goods: The customer will pay in advance via Debit/Credit Cards, Online Bank Transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa for digital goods shopping. We will deliver mobile wallet card and top up balance to customer mobile number within 60 minutes after receiving the digital goods order.
